This bright, clean tea provides a cooling, refreshing respite from the heat. Hints of green apples, bittersweet green leaves and slight caramel yield a floral, deep finish. 200+ year old tea trees growing in a pristine environment create a tea with strong, steady energy to match the increased activity of the summer. The tea is traditionally-pressed by stone instead of machine. With young sheng or raw puerh, you can really taste the trees and feel the energy. This tea is like drinking the forest.
