Based on the principles of traditional Chinese herbalism, Living Tea founder Colin Hudon created this winter wellness tea blend to support optimal wellness. This blend combines aromatic herbs with the properties of four flavors (spicy, sweet, bitter, sour) along with our favorite organic gong ting shou puerh.
- Combined, the herbs boost immunity, open the heart, support digestion, and warm core body temperature.
- Moving, harmonizing, and gently spicy, the herbs stimulate digestion, transform phlegm, and nourish the lungs.
- The combination of organic shou puerh from southwestern Yunnan, China, along with heart-opening herbs like cinnamon twig and schisandra berry create a blend that quiets the spirit and elevates one’s mood.
Oh, and it’s just straight-up delicious. Add a little honey and warmed oat milk to make a delicious latte.
