Description
Golden Flower is slightly vegetal, sweet, fresh and imparts a buzzy, happy energy. It’s the perfect afternoon tea on a warm spring day and captures the energy of spring perfectly: uplifting, bright, emergent, light through the air, moving, ascending. It reminds me of tree boughs wet with morning dew and that early morning energy in spring. Wild tree puerh buds are rare and I’ve only encountered them a couple times in my travels. I love this tea brewed directly in a bowl while sitting in nature. The tippy buds are beautiful to watch, spinning in the bowl, and remind us of the cyclical renewal of life that comes in spring.
